We were moving down to the Orange County area and didn’t have a lot of expertise on neighborhoods or really what we were looking for. AJ took the time to talk with us about what we wanted and we really refined a great set of houses to look at. We were able to pick out a house on the first day of viewing, and it was one she added that she knew we would like! On top of that, she’s been incredibly helpful in getting acclimated to the neighborhood and with lots of referrals on contractors that she’s worked with. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
