Balboa Peninsula

Balboa Peninsula is a beautiful area of Newport Beach boasting both bayfront and oceanfront homes. The bayfront homes have private docks (of varying sizes) overlooking Newport Harbor. The values of the homes on the waterfront are largely determined by the amount of waterfront footage. The majority of the oceanfront homes have the Newport Beach boardwalk between them and the sand; however, there are some homes that sit directly on the beach.
